How we handle your information.
When you send an enquiry, we store your name, email, message and the optional project details you provide in Cloudflare D1. We queue an email notification for the studio’s verified destination so we can discuss your project. Cloudflare may provide a country code for the request; it does not tell us your nationality or precise location. We do not store raw IP addresses with enquiries or subscribe you to marketing.
Unprocessed enquiries become eligible for scheduled deletion after 180 days. Enquiries already being handled or closed are reviewed separately according to the project relationship. Pseudonymous rate-limit records become eligible for cleanup after 48 hours; scheduled cleanup runs in limited batches, so removal is not an exact deadline. Deleting an enquiry also removes its associated notification status. Provider-managed recovery copies follow Cloudflare’s service settings; delivered email and exported copies require separate handling. We retain a limited source page and campaign fields, when provided, to understand where the enquiry came from. Contact us below to request access or deletion.
